Do I need the app to use it?
No. There are controls on the handle for power, patterns, intensity and the lighting, so you can pick it up and go. The app adds the finer control. It lets you choose exact colors, adjust things in real time, and save the combinations you keep coming back to. The app is called iToys. Search for it in your app store, then enter product code 520189.
Can it go in the bath or the shower?
Yes. It is rated IPX7, which covers submersion in water up to 1 meter deep for up to 30 minutes. Rinse it when you are done and let it dry before it goes back on the stand.
How do I clean it?
Warm water and a mild unscented soap, or a dedicated toy cleaner. Because it is fully waterproof you can rinse the whole thing rather than carefully wiping around the electronics. Let it dry completely before charging or storing.
Skip boiling and the dishwasher. That kind of heat is not kind to the motor.
Which lube should I use with it?
Water-based. Silicone lube and silicone surfaces do not get along, and over time it can leave the silicone tacky or degraded. Water-based also rinses straight off, which makes cleanup quicker.
Is this a good first wand?
It is a good place to start. Wands are used on the outside of the body, which makes them one of the more forgiving things to begin with, and the intensity range means you can stay gentle for as long as you like.
Start at the lowest setting and move up only when you want to. Over underwear, or with a hand in between, is an easy way to begin. There is no rush, and no right way to do this.
How quiet is it?
Paradise built it around a precision motor that delivers deep yet quiet vibrations.
What is it made of?
Ultra-soft, body-safe silicone, per Paradise, with the RGB lighting built in. Paradise lists the materials as silicone and polythene.
How does it charge?
With the magnetic USB cable in the box. A full charge takes less than an hour and gives you up to 2 hours of play. The display stand turns it into an ambient mood light when it is not in use.
Will it arrive discreetly?
Always. Every order ships discreetly, every time. Plain outer packaging, with nothing on it about what is inside. It also ships free within the US.
What if something goes wrong?
If it arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 7 days and we will make it right. You will not have to explain anything awkward to anyone.
Changed your mind? If it is still sealed and unopened, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Once it has been opened it cannot come back, because we never resell intimate products. The full details are in our return policy.
