Shop with confidence. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from your purchase date to return it.

What's eligible

• Lingerie: unworn, tags attached, in its original packaging
• Everything else: unopened, in its original sealed packaging, with all parts, cords, and accessories included

For your health and safety

Once an intimate product has been opened, it's considered used and can't be returned. We never resell intimate products, period. This protects you, our team, and every customer who shops with us.

How it works

1. Contact us at cassidysshopify@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase to start your return.
2. Package your item securely and ship it back (return shipping is on you).
3. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll issue store credit for your purchase amount.

Please note: we issue store credit, not cash refunds.
