Our 30-Day Return Promise
Shop with confidence. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from your purchase date to return it.
What's eligible
- Lingerie: unworn, tags attached, in its original packaging
- Everything else: unopened, in its original sealed packaging, with all parts, cords, and accessories included
For your health and safety
Once an intimate product has been opened, it's considered used and can't be returned. We never resell intimate products, period. This protects you, our team, and every customer who shops with us.
How it works
- Contact us at support@itscassidybybeeshop.com within 30 days of purchase to start your return.
- Package your item securely and ship it back (return shipping is on you).
- Once we receive and inspect it, we'll issue store credit for your purchase amount.
Please note: we issue store credit, not cash refunds.
Partner brand products
Some products are supplied and shipped directly by our partner brands. You'll see this noted on the product page. Each partner brand sets its own return terms, including the return window, which items qualify, and where returns are shipped. Because we're always welcoming new brands, those terms can vary and may change. Before you send anything back, email support@itscassidybybeeshop.com with your order number. We'll tell you the current return terms for your item and the correct return address. Orders with partner brand items may arrive in separate packages with their own tracking.

Arrived damaged or defective? Email us at support@itscassidybybeeshop.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.
