• If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your cancellation.

• If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still be eligible for a return once you receive it.

• Preorders, limited-edition items, and promotional orders cannot be canceled once submitted.

• Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
