Questions, answered
Do I need the Photonic Gel with vFit?
You'll need a gel. Joylux recommends a clear, water-based gel to help with insertion, and made Photonic Gel specifically for vFit. Joylux says it increases light power by 45%. Don't use silicone-based lubricants with vFit.
Gel isn't included with the vFit Device or the Respin x Joylux vFit PLUS. The vFit Starter Kit comes with a 30-day supply of Photonic Gel and 30 Photonic Wipes.
Is there an app?
Yes. The free Joylux app for iPhone and Android lets you control your vFit, follow guided session programs, track your sessions and symptoms, and set reminders.
The app is optional. vFit also works on its own in manual mode. The app is only available in the US.
Are these products hormone-free?
Joylux describes vFit, JUICY LIKE A PEACH, and reliefHER Hydration Melts as hormone-free. For everything else, check the ingredients on each product page.
On HRT or vaginal estrogen? Joylux says JUICY LIKE A PEACH can be used alongside both, and recommends using vFit on different days from estrogen cream.
How do shipping and returns work for Joylux products?
Joylux products ship directly from Joylux, so they may arrive in a separate package with their own tracking.
Returns follow Joylux's terms, and opened intimate products can't be returned. Before you send anything back, email support@itscassidybybeeshop.com with your order number and we'll confirm the current terms and the return address.
