Do I need the app to use it?
No. There are controls on the body for power, patterns and the lighting, so you can pick it up and go. The app adds the finer control. It lets you pick exact colors, adjust things in real time, and save the combinations you keep coming back to. The app is called iToys. Search for it in your app store, then enter product code 520199.
Can it be used internally?
Paradise describes The Bullet as small and focused, made for targeted stimulation, so keep it on the outside of the body.
It also has no base to stop it going in too far, so it is not for anal use. If internal or anal play is what you are looking for, ask us and we will point you to something built for it.
Can it go in the bath or the shower?
Yes. It is rated IPX7, which covers submersion in water up to 1 meter deep for up to 30 minutes. Rinse it when you are done and let it dry before it goes back on the stand.
How do I clean it?
Clean it before and after every use with warm water and a mild soap or a dedicated toy cleaner. Because it is fully waterproof you can rinse the whole thing rather than carefully wiping around the electronics. Let it dry completely before charging or storing.
Skip boiling and the dishwasher. That kind of heat is not kind to the motor.
Which lube should I use with it?
Water-based. Silicone lube and silicone surfaces do not get along, and over time it can leave the silicone tacky or degraded. Water-based also rinses straight off, which makes cleanup quicker.
Is this a good first toy?
It is one of the easier places to start. It is small, and the intensity range goes low enough that you can stay gentle for as long as you like.
Start at the lowest setting and move up only when you want to. There is no rush, and no right way to do this.
How quiet is it?
Paradise built it around a low-noise motor.
What is it made of?
Silicone and ABS, per Paradise, with the RGB lighting built in. Paradise describes the silicone as ultra-soft.
How does it charge?
With the magnetic USB cable in the box, which attaches to the metal contacts on the Bullet. It is fully charged in under an hour, and a full charge runs 1.5 to 2 hours. The box also includes a display stand that doubles as ambient mood lighting, and a soft carrying bag for storage or travel.
Will it arrive discreetly?
Always. Every order ships discreetly, every time. Plain outer packaging, with nothing on it about what is inside. It also ships free within the US.
What if something goes wrong?
If it arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 7 days and we will make it right. You will not have to explain anything awkward to anyone.
Changed your mind? If it is still sealed and unopened, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Once it has been opened it cannot come back, because we never resell intimate products. The full details are in our return policy.
Paradise also covers manufacturing defects with a limited warranty of up to 1 year from purchase. Email warranty@paradisepleasureproducts.com within 60 days of purchase to add one more year, and keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Full terms are on Paradise's warranty page.
