Do I need the app to use it?

No. There are controls on the body for power, patterns and the lighting, so you can pick it up and go. The Paradise app adds the finer control. It lets you pick exact colors, adjust things in real time, and save the combinations you keep coming back to.

Can it be used internally?

Yes. It is tapered for that, and the ultra-soft silicone makes it comfortable going in. Use lube even if you do not think you need it, and go slower than feels necessary the first time.

One thing worth saying plainly: it has no flared base, so it is not made for anal use. Anything going there needs a base wide enough to stay put. If that is what you are looking for, ask us and we will point you to something built for it.

Can it go in the bath or the shower?

Yes. It is rated IPX7, which means full submersion, not just splash-resistant. Rinse it when you are done and let it dry before it goes back on the stand.

How do I clean it?

Warm water and a mild unscented soap, or a dedicated toy cleaner. Because it is fully waterproof you can rinse the whole thing rather than carefully wiping around the electronics. Let it dry completely before charging or storing.

Skip boiling and the dishwasher. That kind of heat is not kind to the motor.

Which lube should I use with it?

Water-based. Silicone lube and silicone surfaces do not get along, and over time it can leave the silicone tacky or degraded. Water-based also rinses straight off, which makes cleanup quicker.

For anything internal, use more than you think you need. It is the single easiest thing that makes a first try go well.

Is this a good first toy?

It is one of the easier places to start. It is small, it is tapered, and the intensity range goes low enough that you can stay gentle for as long as you like.

Start at the lowest setting and move up only when you want to. Outside the body is a perfectly good place to begin, and to stay. There is no rush, and no right way to do this.

How quiet is it?

Paradise built it around a low-noise motor, so it runs noticeably more discreetly than most. CONFIRM: decibel rating from Paradise, if they publish one

What is it made of?

Ultra-soft, body-safe silicone over the motor and the lighting. The finish is velvety rather than slick, which is part of why it feels softer than it looks.

How does it charge, and how long does it last?

It charges on the stand that comes in the box, so it can live somewhere visible instead of buried in a drawer. Off the stand it doubles as an ambient light. CONFIRM: run time per charge, full charge time, and cable type
