Disclosure: The Stimulating Vulva Serum contains peppermint oil and Sichuan pepper. The Soothing Vulva Serum contains lavender and peppermint essential oils, coconut oil and beeswax, and it is oil-based, so keep it away from latex condoms. Use both serums on the external vulva only. 1. Water-Based Lube: squeeze a small amount onto your fingertips or the intimate area, add more as needed, and clean up with a tissue or wipe after.
2. Stimulating Vulva Serum: apply a small amount to the external vulva with gentle circular motions and let it absorb. A tingling or cooling feel is normal.
3. Soothing Vulva Serum: after cleansing and patting dry, apply a small amount to the external vulva. Avoid applying it internally, and let it absorb before getting dressed.
4. Use the Soothing Vulva Serum daily or whenever you want extra comfort.
