The Backdoor Guide
The Backdoor Guide — the short version.
Slow down.
Communicate.
That's the entire secret. The other 22 pages are just details on how — which is exactly the part nobody ever tells you.
Everything, in order.
The myths keeping you scared.
And then there's Myth 04
One of the six is genuinely dangerous, and it's the one most people believe is helpful. It gets its own page, and the short version is this: if a product's whole pitch is "you won't feel it," it is working against you.
It's a progression, not an event.
Why weeks and not one night
Because that's the actual difference. Couples who give this two to four weeks of casual, low-pressure practice report a completely different first time than couples who tried to speedrun it. I know that's not what anybody wants to hear. It's still the answer.
Two promises about what's in here.
Not one numbing product
They switch off the exact signal that tells you when to slow down. You can injure yourself and not know until the next day. You won't find one recommended anywhere in these pages, and I explain exactly why.
Nobody paid for a spot
Every product on the shopping list is there because it's what I'd hand you across the counter if you walked in and asked. Two decades of "what actually works" is the entire inventory philosophy.
What the guide actually tells you to buy.

The questions I actually get.
Is this explicit?
No. It's direct and matter-of-fact, the way I'd talk to you across the counter, but there's nothing graphic in it. It reads like a field guide, because that's what it is.
I'm nervous. Is this going to make me feel worse about it?
The opposite is the entire point. Almost all of the fear around this comes from bad information, and most of it dissolves in the first three pages. And if you read the whole thing and decide it's not for you, that's a completely valid ending. "I learned about it and passed" is a win.
Can I give it to my partner instead of explaining?
Yes, and that's a specific thing I recommend. There's a section on how to open the conversation, plus a page written directly to the more eager partner about what their job is. Handing someone this guide is a legitimate move.
Do I have to buy the products you recommend?
You need lube — that part isn't optional, and the guide explains why in detail. Everything else is a recommendation, not a requirement. The shopping list exists so your first purchase isn't a wasted one, since guessing is the most expensive mistake in this category.
How do I get it, and does anything arrive at my house?
Nothing ships. You get a download link at checkout and the PDF is yours to keep — phone, laptop, or printed and tucked in a drawer.
Is this medical advice?
No. It's twenty years of practical experience, written plainly, and it's educational only. The guide is clear about the few situations where you should stop and see a doctor instead.
