Apply a small amount 5 to 10 minutes before play, and follow the directions on the package.

Numbing can mask pain, which is your body's warning signal during anal play. Go slow, use plenty of lube, and stop if anything hurts. For external use only, keep away from eyes, and keep out of reach of children.
