It explains the privacy rights you have under the laws that apply to you and how to use them. Our Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it and who we share it with. Email us at support@itscassidybybeeshop.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and tell us which right you want to use. To protect your information, we will ask you to confirm your identity before we act, usually by matching details from your account or order. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

Text messages (SMS and MMS)

Text marketing: With your permission, we may send text messages about our store, new products, and other updates. Updates include Checkout Reminders. Webhooks will be used to trigger the Checkout Reminders messaging system.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
