Email us at support@itscassidybybeeshop.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and tell us which right you want to use. To protect your information, we will ask you to confirm your identity before we act, usually by matching details from your account or order. We will respond within 15 days.

Complaints

You can file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.

Text messages (SMS and MMS)

Text marketing: With your permission, we may send text messages about our store, new products, and other updates. Updates include Checkout Reminders. Webhooks will be used to trigger the Checkout Reminders messaging system.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use Postscript, Inc. to send our text messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Full details are in the Mobile Messaging section of our Privacy Policy.
