This notice supplements the It's Cassidy Bybee Privacy Policy and applies to visitors and customers in California. It explains the privacy rights you have under the laws that apply to you and how to use them. Our Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it and who we share it with. Information we collect and share

We do not sell your personal information for money. You can have an authorized agent make a request for you. We may ask the agent for proof that you gave them permission and may ask you to confirm your identity directly with us.

How to make a request

Email us at support@itscassidybybeeshop.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and tell us which right you want to use. To protect your information, we will ask you to confirm your identity before we act, usually by matching details from your account or order. We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend this by up to 45 more days and will let you know.

Text messages (SMS and MMS)

Text marketing: With your permission, we may send text messages about our store, new products, and other updates. Updates include Checkout Reminders. Webhooks will be used to trigger the Checkout Reminders messaging system.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
